RETURNS

Each Auron Vale piece is produced in strictly limited quantities and presented with care.

We encourage considered purchases, while recognising that a return may occasionally be required.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

​

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original condition

• Accompanied by all original packaging, including tags, protective materials, and the Auron Vale box, returned in the same condition as received

​

Once the return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
